Data Science - Lead

Develop and Implement AI Solutions: Design, develop, and deploy AI models and algorithms to solve business problems and improve operational efficiency. Generative AI Projects: Work on generative AI projects, including natural language processing (NLP), computer vision, and other related areas. Data Analysis and Insights: Analyze large datasets to extract actionable insights and support data-driven decision-making. Collaborate with Teams: Work closely with product owners, data scientists, and engineers to integrate AI solutions into platform and services. Research and Innovation: Stay updated with the latest advancements in AI and analytics, and apply innovative techniques to enhance our capabilities. Performance Monitoring: Monitor and evaluate the performance of AI models and continuously improve them based on feedback and new data. Documentation and Reporting: Document processes, methodologies, and results, and present findings to stakeholders. Proficiency in programming languages such as Python. Experience with AI frameworks and libraries (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, Keras). Strong understanding of machine learning algorithms and statistical methods. Hands-on experience with data preprocessing, fine tuning, feature engineering, and model evaluation. Analytical Skills: Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to analyze complex data sets. Education: Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field. Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in AI, generative AI, and analytics.
