RPA Developer (Power Automate/Ui Path/Automation anywhere)

Lead the design, development, testing, and deployment of complex RPA solutions across various business functions. Conduct thorough process analysis to identify automation opportunities, define requirements, and develop technical specifications. 3+ years of experience in developing and deploying the RPA solutions and should have good knowledge on any programming knowledge. Develop and maintain robust, efficient, and scalable RPA solutions using industry-leading RPA tools and platforms. Ensure adherence to best practices and security protocols throughout the RPA development lifecycle. Collaborate effectively with business stakeholders, technical teams, and other internal departments. Continuously monitor and evaluate deployed solutions to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and maintainability. Stay up to date with the latest advancements in RPA technology and best practices. Generate ideas and implement it to enhance the RPA life-cycle velocity or to improve the efficiency of business processes. Assist managers during Proposals and preparing SoWs on-demand basis, whenever required. Must be certified on basic and Advance level Certification on any of the RPA tool - Automation Anywhere, Power Automate, UiPath or Blue Prism Deep Knowledge and expertise in Ui Path and Automation Anywhere skillsets.
