We are hiring for Customer Support International Voice Process for Bangalore.

• Qualification: Customer Support- Full time Graduates
• Experience: 1 - 2 Years

Job Description: Senior Process Executive (as per experience)

Location: Bengaluru

Employment Type: Full-Time.

Must adhere to and non-negotiables:

Talents should have graduation completion certificate and mark sheets for onboarding.

Excellent in verbal and written communication

Need to complete specific and dedicated training programs set by the client.

Should be comfortable with 24*7, shifts

100% WFO, no hybrid

Comfortable to work in Voice process

Roles and responsibilities:

Ability to effectively listen and respond appropriately, probe and position to create a dialogue with the customer to build a positive experience

Ability to empathize and relate to customers

Prioritize the customer's needs and concerns throughout the call

Can structure a call in an organized, efficient, and professional manner which is easy to understand by the customer.

Ability to present oneself as positive, polite, and professional throughout the call.

Basic knowledge and understanding of overall client process.

Identifies routine customer needs/problems and determines solutions/options to resolve problems using current workflow.

Interface effectively and professionally with all levels of management both internally and externally

Must be able to adapt drastically to schedule changes to meet operational demands.

Must be willing to work independently with minimal supervision and be assigned to multiple sites onshore or offshore.

Demonstrates professionalism and integrity at all times.
