Job Description
Process Specialist - (Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, General Accounting)
Infosys Band : 3A
Job description :
- Perform day to day AP / AR / GL activities with required speed and accuracy
- Adhere to local and statutory compliance
- Strong process knowledge
- Effective communication skills
- Encourage creativity & strive for process improvements
- Coordinate with internal & external customers
- Controlling & reducing customer escalations/complaints
- Forecast process performance against defined SLAs & maintain agreed service levels
- Manage the knowledge Repository for the process & update it timely
Experience and Qualification
- University graduate with minimum of 15 years of education with Bachelors / Masters Degree in Commerce
- Experience of 3-5 years in accounting
- Experience in Accounts Payable/ Accounts Receivable / Record to Report processes
- Expertise in MS office
- Fluency in English language Good Business awareness, Team work, Adaptability, time management
- Experience in ERPs like SAP/ORACLE preferable
