Job Description :
We are seeking an experienced SAP ABAP HR Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in SAP ABAP for HR, particularly in the Payroll module, InfoTypes, interfaces, HR macros, and system enhancements. Experience with SAP S/4 HANA and HCM is a plus, and the candidate must be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment to deliver high-quality technical solutions.
Key Responsibilities :
- Develop, Customise, and enhance SAP ABAP HR programs and reports, focusing on HR Payroll processes, InfoTypes, and HR-specific enhancements.
- Work closely with the HR functional team to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Design and implement interfaces to integrate SAP with other systems.
- Maintain and enhance HR Macros and create new functionalities as needed to support Payroll and HR processes.
- Conduct debugging, performance tuning, and troubleshooting of ABAP programs in the HR module.
- Implement SAP HR enhancements using user exits, BADI, BAPI, and other enhancement frameworks.
- Collaborate with the functional and business teams to resolve issues and support ongoing operations.
- Participate in S/4 HANA or HCM migration projects, ensuring compliance with technical standards and practices.
- Create and maintain technical documentation for all HR-related development activities.
Key Requirements :
- Experience : 3 to 10 years of experience in SAP ABAP HR development.
- Skills in Payroll : Strong experience in Payroll functions and processes within SAP HR, including schemas and rules.
- InfoTypes : Experience in developing and Customising InfoTypes, including creating custom InfoTypes and maintaining standard ones.
- Interfaces : Proven experience in designing and implementing interfaces between SAP and Non-SAP systems.
- HR Macros : Proficient in using HR macros for efficient coding practices.
- Enhancements : Experience with SAP HR enhancements using BADIs, user exits, and other enhancement technologies.
- S/4 HANA / HCM : Experience in SAP S/4 HANA or HCM is highly desirable.
- Debugging and Troubleshooting : Excellent skills in debugging, performance tuning, and troubleshooting SAP ABAP HR programs.
- Communication Skills : Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with technical and functional stakeholders.
- Technical Documentation : Ability to create comprehensive technical specifications and documentation.
