Role & responsibilities -

Screen resumes and qualifications, skills, and cultural fit.

Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, professional networks, and industry events.

Have to be proactive throughout the cold calling process to get utmost results.

Preferred candidate profile

Bachelors or Master's or any relevant experience.

Freshers can apply with good communications skills.

Excellent communication skills with a pleasing personality are a must.

A minimum of 1-year related experience within a recruitment and sales role.

Very well versed with USA Job portals (Career Builder, Dice, Indeed etc.)

Well updated with the current generic and niche IT skill sets.

Must have computer knowledge. (MS Office, Database, CRM, Internet Efficiency).
