Key Responsibilities:

Technical Leadership: Mentor and guide the development team, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.

Requirement Analysis: Collaborate with stakeholders to understand and analyze complex business requirements.

Solution Design: Design scalable and maintainable backend solutions, leveraging microservices architecture and cloud-native principles.

Development: Hands-on development of backend services using modern technologies and frameworks.

AWS Expertise: Utilize AWS cloud services effectively to build reliable and cost-efficient solutions.

Problem-Solving: Identify and resolve technical challenges, providing innovative solutions.

Quality Assurance: Ensure code quality and adherence to best practices through rigorous testing and code reviews.

Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality products.

Basic Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

Proven experience in backend service development, including microservices architecture.

Strong proficiency in programming languages like Java, Python, or Node. js.

In-depth knowledge of relational databases.

Experience with cloud platforms, preferably AWS.

Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with containerization technologies like Docker and Kubernetes.

Understanding of DevOps practices and tools.

Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and automation tools.

Experience with RESTful API design and development.
