Non IT Recruiter

Looking for a recruiter who can help us with our engineering, semiconductor, and non-IT clients.

This person will be working in an individual contributor capacity with limited supervision.

Source candidates from various job boards such as CareerBuilder, Monster, Dice, Indeed ZipRecruiter, etc using a variety of search methods to build a robust candidate pipeline.

Screen candidates by reviewing resumes and job applications, and performing phone screenings.

Set up interviews and facilitate the offer process by extending the offer.

Manage onboarding and new hire process.

Take ownership of candidate experience by designing and managing it from start to finish.

Ensure all screening, hiring, and selection are done according to employment laws and regulations.

Update daily activities in our internal ATS.
