Position: Enterprise Sales Representative
Team: Microsoft Services Team
Company: Compunnel
Location: On-Site Noida Office

Objective:


Join our dynamic Microsoft Services Team as an Enterprise Sales Representative to leverage your extensive sales experience in the US & Canada markets and drive the sales of our Microsoft services.


Key Responsibilities:


  1. Sales & Business Development: Directly drive the sales of Microsoft services, actively identifying opportunities and converting leads into sales.
  2. Market Penetration: Utilize your knowledge and experience in the US & Canada markets to increase our footprint and customer base.
  3. Cold-Calling: Manage and execute daily cold calls to potential accounts, identifying and creating opportunities.
  4. Relationship Management: Develop and maintain long-term relationships with customers, stakeholders, and partners.
  5. Sales Forecasting & Reporting: Regularly track and report on sales performance metrics, forecasts, and market trends.
  6. Strategy Development: Work with cross-functional teams to devise effective sales strategies tailored for the US & Canada markets.

Minimum Qualifications:


  1. Experience: Minimum of 8 years of direct sales experience, with hands-on involvement in Microsoft Direct Sales.
  2. Market Knowledge: Demonstrated experience in the US & Canada B2B IT market.
  3. Cold-Calling Skills: Proven track record in managing and daily execution of cold-calling accounts.
  4. Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:


  1. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field.
  2. Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
  3. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
  4. Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
  5. Familiarity with CRM platforms and sales software tools.
