Job Description
- Provide 2nd/3rd level support for the deployed SAP CPQ solution, including incident and problem management, application change management, enhancements, and projects.
- Achieve process SLAs/metrics, ensuring productivity and quality targets are met within established timelines.
- Design, configure, and deploy SAP CPQ solutions while conducting impact analysis.
- Implement new functionalities and improve existing ones, including articulating and analyzing requirements.
- Prepare and conduct Unit, Integration, Regression Testing, and coordinate User Acceptance Testing with end users.
- Ensure services are delivered with requisite quality within schedule and budget.
- Identify scope under How To Request Fulfilment and Standard Change and prepare suitable documentation.
- Elicit, define, analyze, and document detailed business requirements.
- Map business requirements to SAP CPQ solutions, configure systems, and prepare functional specifications and other required documentation.
- Prepare training documentation and e-learning tools.
- Document and manage knowledge transfer for self and team for all new functionalities and country rollouts.
- Conduct training for key users on new or changed module processes and functionalities to ensure 100% knowledge transfer.
- Suggest innovations across a broad range of new and traditional channels using expert knowledge.
Expected experience, skill sets and abilities
- Master s or Bachelor s degree in Engineering in Computer Science (preferred) or a related discipline.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in the SAP industry, with specific experience in SAP CPQ.
- Minimum of 8+ years of hands-on experience in SAP CPQ (SaaS) and SAP SD modules.
- Excellent experience in CPQ quote configuration, quote tables, custom quote tabs, quote and quote item fields.
- Expertise in product catalog configuration, including products, catalogs, attributes, product types, and custom tables.
- Strong experience in setting up pricing in SAP CPQ.
- Experience in integrating SAP CPQ with SAP ECC and non-SAP systems (e.g., SFDC, custom interfaces).
- Preferred candidates with a techno-functional skill set in SAP CPQ.
- Experience with at least 2 end-to-end implementation/rollout and support projects.
- Excellent English communication along with presentation, moderation, and business-partnering skills.
- The ability to work within a highly distributed team environment, multi-task, and prioritize tasks.
- A performance-driven mindset, with strong work ethics and integrity.
Ideally, you ll also have:
- SAP certification/s.
- Experience working in a multinational organization and/or a big consultancy.
- Working experience with European clients.
- Willingness to work partly or fully during European office hours (CET).
- Willingness to learn about new technologies when the need arises.
