Subject Matter Expert Manager

Requirements Gathering & Analysis: Collaborate with stakeholders, including business leaders, product managers, and technical teams, to gather, understand, and document business requirements. Translate business requirements into detailed functional specifications for IT teams and other departments. Conduct interviews, surveys, and workshops to collect both high-level and detailed business needs. Process Mapping & Improvement: Analyze existing business processes, workflows, and systems to identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, or areas for improvement. Recommend process changes or automation to enhance operational efficiency and reduce costs. Develop process maps and flow diagrams to visualize business workflows and improvements. Data Analysis & Reporting: Analyze business data and trends to generate insights and recommendations for decision-making. Create dashboards, reports, and data visualizations to communicate key metrics to stakeholders. Perform root cause analysis to identify issues and recommend data-driven solutions.
