We are hiring for a Project Manager role and are looking for immediate joiners only. This role follows a Work from Office model, requiring the candidate to work from the office.

Job Description:

Responsibilities:

• Project Planning & Execution: Develop detailed project plans, including scope, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation. Manage project execution, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
• Stakeholder Management: Effectively communicate with stakeholders at all levels, including business users, technical teams, and senior management. Build strong relationships and manage expectations.
• Risk & Issue Management: Proactively identify and manage project risks and issues. Develop mitigation strategies and escalate issues as needed.
• Team Leadership: Lead and motivate project teams, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment. Provide guidance and support to team members.
• Technical Understanding: Possess a strong understanding of data and analytics concepts and technologies, particularly within the Azure ecosystem. Be able to effectively communicate with technical teams and understand technical challenges.
• Process Improvement: Continuously look for opportunities to improve project management methodologies and processes.
• Reporting & Communication: Provide regular project updates to stakeholders, including progress reports, risk assessments, and budget tracking.
• Budget Management: Manage project budgets, track expenses, and ensure cost-effectiveness.
• Quality Assurance: Implement quality control measures to ensure project deliverables meet business requirements and quality standards.

Required Skills & Experience:

• Bachelors degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Proven experience of 9 to 12 years. as a Project Manager, focusing on data and analytics projects.
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).
• Experience with data warehousing, ETL processes, and data visualization.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Experience with Azure cloud platform, specifically Azure Databricks, Azure Data Factory, and Power BI.

Desired Skills & Experience:

• Experience with other Azure data services (e.g., Azure Synapse Analytics, Azure Data Lake Storage).
• Knowledge of data governance and security best practices.
