Job Description
You will have an opportunity to work on cutting-edge data and AI systems that power novel user experiences. You will be joining a team composed of early engineers on products such as Snapchat, Playdom, AWS, and Amazon Alexa.
Were currently seeking a Senior Full Stack Engineer who has a proven track record of building and scaling sophisticated, reliable, and user-friendly systems. The ideal candidate should possess at least 8 years of experience, combining technical expertise with a keen product-focused approach.
Required Skills:
- Full-stack/Backend developers with 8+ years of experience.
- Technically proficient individual contributors with a strong focus on speed, simplicity, performance, and security.
- Experience with React is a must.
- Experience with NextJS and Typescript is strongly preferred.
- Experience working with database technologies, specifically Postgres, with additional experience in Kafka and the modern data stack is considered beneficial.
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines, monitoring, and logging tools (e.g., Datadog, Sentry).
Key Responsibilities:
- Breaking down complex problem statements into actionable tasks for quick iteration and innovation.
- Working with design and implementing features.
- Delivering high-quality, efficient, reusable, and reliable code with automated tests for maintenance and confidence in our releases.
- Being comfortable switching between different parts of our stack: Frontend, Application backend, and Data infrastructure.
- Driving technical excellence and innovation, continuously seeking opportunities to optimize performance, scalability, and user experience.
