Oracle EBS DBAJD for MongoDB DBA:

• Build MongoDB HA strategies, including replica sets and sharding
• Implement sharding and indexing strategies for MongoDB.
• Deploy Mongo DB database/projects in Community, Enterprise and percona Mongodb as per best standards.
• Maintain MongoDB databases/DB projects Administer MongoDB to achieve 100% availability.
• Implement and manage the security of MongoDB databases.
• Advise with MongoDB scaling
• Diagnose and address database performance issues using performance monitors and various tuning techniques.
• Configure and maintain database high availability.
• Responsible for Mongo backups and restores
• Provide training to members of the Database team on MongoDB.
• Providing robust engineering support for MongoDB
• Provide guidance to developers or architects as needed.
• Hands-on maintenance and administration of Linux based systems.
• Server migrations.
• Fine-tune configurations.
• Capacity planning.
• Automate day-to-day tasks.
• Participate in 24/7 operations via on call rotation schedule.
• Document processes and procedures.
• Taking ownership of issues and enhancements, progressing them through to a suitable conclusion
• Working with application teams to understand their requirements and then to deliver the solutions
• Understanding timescales and priorities and balancing these to ensure deliveries
