Job Description

Role & responsibilities

• Inside sales
• Lead generation and social networking with clients through social media networks like LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook etc has to be done on daily basis.
• Cold calling, gathering sales intelligence, handling objections.
• Brand promotion on a regular basis through various social marketing tools.
• Executing a comprehensive marketing campaign, which includes targeted emails and sales calls to drive meetings so as to increase the sales pipeline and achieve new business quota.
• Meeting potential clients over call or Skype make a convincing presentation to develop our Business.
• Candidates should have experience in IT sales, Software sales, Lead generation.
• Closes new business deals by coordinating requirements; developing and negotiating contracts; integrating contract requirements with business operations.
• Develop positive relationships with clients carry out sales metrics activities.
• Knowledge of managing Sales CRM like HubSpot, ZOHO, Apollo etc

Preferred candidate profile

Communication skill ( In English language) should be Good.

• Minimum 6 years experience in International sales (IT/ITES).
• Experience in Software Product business development and Sales
• A team player with a positive attitude.
• Should know how to use Social Media and other tools for lead generation.
• Manage international inbound and out bound calls.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Comfortable working night shifts.
• Strong problem-solving.
