• Customer Facing: Work with end users and key stakeholders to understand requirements for system enhancements and deliver to those requirements.
• Team Engagement: Daily cadences with the technology support team to troubleshoot incidents and manage enhancements.
• Strong Communications: Meetings and supporting documentation to achieve end-to-end delivery of fixes and enhancements.
• Clear Documentation: Ability to prepare reports, emails and meeting content in keeping with solution delivery.
• Presentation Skills: Proven experience with presenting to stakeholders.

Technical Skills:

• UI: React.js | Node.js
• Back-end: C#.NET | Entity Framework | Python | Jenkins (desirable)
