Tele Caller

Roles and Responsibilities :

- Handle inbound calls from clients to resolve their queries and concerns related to real estate services.
- Provide accurate information about properties, amenities, and features to potential buyers or renters.
- Identify customer needs and preferences to upsell/cross-sell relevant products or services offered by the company.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism while handling irate customers and addressing their issues promptly.

Job Requirements :

- 0-6 years of experience in inside sales or telesales environment.
- Strong communication skills with excellent verbal fluency in English language.
- Ability to work on night shifts (rotational) as per business requirements.
