Roles and Responsibilities :
- Lead the QA team to ensure high-quality software releases by identifying and prioritizing defects, developing test plans, and executing manual and automated tests.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and develop comprehensive test strategies for web applications using tools like Selenium WebDriver, JMeter, etc.
- Develop and maintain detailed documentation of testing processes, procedures, and results to ensure transparency and accountability.
- Identify areas for improvement in the development process and implement changes to increase efficiency.
Job Requirements :
- 4-6 years of experience as a Senior QA Engineer or equivalent role.
- Strong knowledge of automation testing frameworks such as Selenium WebDriver or similar technologies.
- Experience with performance testing tools like JMeter or Gatling is desirable.
- Certification in ISTQB (International Software Testing Qualifications Board) is an added advantage.
