- Handle inbound calls from customers to resolve their queries and concerns related to banking products and services. - Identify cross-selling opportunities and upsell/cross-sell relevant banking products to increase revenue growth. - Meet or exceed daily/weekly/monthly targets set by the management for sales performance metrics such as conversion rates, average order value, etc. - Maintain accurate records of all interactions with customers using CRM software.
Job Requirements :
- 1-5 years of experience in inside sales, outbound sales, or telesales environment. - Strong communication skills with ability to handle high-pressure situations effectively. - Proficiency in handling multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
