Roles and Responsibilities :
- Provide application support to customers through phone, email, or chat, troubleshooting issues related to PACS (Picture Archiving and Communications System) software.
- Analyze customer complaints and resolve technical problems in a timely manner, escalating complex issues when necessary.
- Collaborate with internal teams to identify root causes of recurring issues and implement solutions to prevent future occurrences.
- Document all interactions with customers using CRM tools such as Salesforce.com.
Job Requirements :
- 2-7 years of experience in application support or product support role.
- Strong understanding of PACS technology and its applications in healthcare settings.
- Excellent communication skills for effective issue resolution over the phone or via email/chat.
