HDFC Sales is hiring for Freshers!!!

HDFC Sales is a subsidiary of HDFC Bank Ltd. The company has been floated as a distribution arm with an objective of offering doorstep service to prospective clients of HDFC group. HDFC Sales offers financial management solutions to individuals encompassing among products like Home Loans, Life Insurance and General Insurance. Roles and Responsibilities :

• Make outbound calls to potential customers to generate leads and convert them into paying clients.
• Identify customer needs and provide solutions through effective communication skills.
• Meet daily/weekly targets set by the management team for sales performance.
• Maintain accurate records of all interactions with customers using CRM software.

Job Requirements :

• Fresh graduate or 0-1 year of experience in BPO/Call Centre environment.
• Excellent calling skills with ability to handle high-pressure situations.
• Strong convincing power to close deals over phone calls
