Sales Officer - Mortgage loans

HDFC Sales is a subsidiary of HDFC Bank Ltd. The company has been floated as a distribution arm with an objective of offering doorstep service to prospective clients of HDFC group. HDFC Sales offers financial management solutions to individuals encompassing among products like Home Loans, Life Insurance and General Insurance. Roles and Responsibilities :

• Identify potential customers for personal loans and cross-sell relevant products to meet their financial needs.
• Conduct thorough assessments of customer creditworthiness and provide recommendations on loan eligibility.
• Develop strong relationships with existing clients to increase repeat business and referrals.
• Meet or exceed monthly sales targets by consistently meeting customer expectations.

Job Requirements :

• 0-1 year of experience in banking, finance, or a related field (fresher preferred).
• Strong communication skills with ability to build rapport with diverse groups of people.
• Basic knowledge of financial services industry trends, regulations, and best practices.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining high levels of productivity.
