- Make outbound calls to potential clients to generate leads and convert them into paying customers. - Identify customer needs through effective communication and provide solutions using company products/services. - Meet daily/weekly targets set by management while maintaining a high level of quality in calls made. - Maintain accurate records of all interactions with customers using CRM software.
Job Requirements :
- 0.6-5 years of experience in telesales or telemarketing industry. - Strong communication skills with ability to build rapport with customers over phone. - Proficiency in inside sales techniques, including cold calling, lead generation, and conversion strategies.
