- Handle inbound calls from customers to resolve their queries and concerns related to banking products and services. - Process customer transactions, provide product information, and offer solutions in a timely manner. - Meet daily/weekly targets for call handling, sales conversion, and customer satisfaction ratings. - Maintain accurate records of all interactions with customers using CRM software.
Job Requirements :
- 1-6 years of experience in BPO/Call Centre environment with expertise in domestic voice process (Hindi). - Strong communication skills in Hindi language with excellent verbal fluency. - Experience in outbound sales or telesales is an added advantage but not mandatory.
