Title: Senior executive- Inside sales
Desired Experience: 1-4 years experience in B2B sales role.
Required Educational Qualification: Graduate in any field
Roles and Responsibilities of Inside Sales Executive:
• Develop and maintain relationships with existing customers to identify selling premium product opportunities through emails, telephone calls, and live website chats
• Research and understand customer needs and tailor premium product recommendations to their specific situation
• Sourcing new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails.
• Perform effective online demos for prospects
• Build and maintain relationships with existing customers to drive repeat business and customer referrals
• Negotiate and close sales deals to achieve monthly sales targets
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends, products, and competitors
Requirements and skills:
• Proven inside sales experience of 0-2 years
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong phone presence and experience dialing 100-120 calls per day.
• Results-oriented and able to work independently with minimal supervision
• Proficient in using CRM software and other sales-related tools
• Strong listening and presentation skills.
• Minimum Qualification Graduate.
• Working knowledge of MS Programs MS Excel, Word, Powerpoint.
