Sales Executive

JOB ROLE & RESPONSIBLITIES

• We are looking for enthusiastic Onboarding Officer who can counsel potential investors over the phone & will be able to generate sales from different types of advisory services Min 2-year experience in Sales of BPO.
• The candidate should have basic knowledge of finance, Indian economy, equities, Share Market, or mutual funds.
• Candidate should possess strong selling skill
• Dialling 100-150 calls giving 3-5 hours talk time.
• Selling an equity-based product on call from scratch to end.
• The candidate will be responsible to do counselling of interested customers and to suggest best Investment plans as per his/her financial requirements.
• The candidate will be responsible to convert the interested customers into clients through doing proactively follow-ups and counselling.

CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS

• Communication: - An effective counselor must be an excellent communicator and have superior people skills. As a counselor, the candidate should be an outstanding communicator and listener with a professional, but friendly approach.
• Language: English and Hindi compulsory. Preferred - Tamil, Telugu, Tulu, Malayalam or Bengali
• Experience: -Minimum 2 years BPO Sales (outbound calling-target based) experience
