Manager - Financial Reporting - CA (5-8 yrs)

We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Sr Manager Finance to lead our financial reporting team. The FR Manager will be responsible to lead preparation of standalone & consolidated financials overseeing the budgeting, and financial analysis processes, as well as providing strategic financial insights to support the organization's growth and profitability. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, a deep understanding of financial management principles, and a proven track record of driving process improvements

Key Responsibilities:

- Preparation of monthly/quarterly Standalone & Consolidated Financials under Ind AS

- Preparation of monthly / quarterly Subsidiary companies financials

- Coordinate with various teams and perform complex analysis and prepare reports to summarize financial data.

- Hands-on knowledge of Ind AS 116 & Ind AS 115

- Handling Statutory Audit & Internal Audit of the Company

- Analyse all financial reports and assist in improvement and execution process, review all earning releases, investor presentations.

- Develop and implement internal financial controls for integration of closing process and financial activities of company.

- Compilation and or review of various Indian Accounting Standards disclosures

Requirements:

- CA

- 5+ years of experience in financial reporting with at least 2 years in a leadership role.

- In-depth knowledge of IND AS

- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial software applications.

- In-depth knowledge of accounting principles, financial statement analysis, and management reporting.

- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

- Proven ability to lead and develop high-performing teams.

- Strong attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, and a results-driven mindset.
