What are we looking for :

Required Experience : 8+ Years

Technical Skills :

- Proven experience as a Product Manager, with a strong track record of delivering successful products

- Deep understanding of the product discovery process, including defining outcomes, and behavior, gathering insights, formulating hypotheses, and translating them into features and user stories

- Proficiency in Agile methodologies, particularly sprint-based development, and experience working with tools like Azure DevOps for managing the product backlog

- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including developers, designers, and stakeholders

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data driven decisions and adapt to changing market conditions

- Must have experience working with the CPG domain

- Bachelor's degree in business, Computer Science, or a related field; MBA preferred

Good to Have :

- Fluency in Mandarin Chinese, as the role involves working closely with developers based in China

- Knowledge of manufacturing and supply chain processes, which can help in understanding the unique challenges and opportunities in the industry

- Experience with continuous delivery and rapid iteration, enabling faster time-to-market and ongoing product optimization

- Familiarity with data analysis tools and techniques, such as SQL and data visualization, to derive actionable insights from user data

- Exceptional leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams towards a common goal

- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate product vision and strategy to both technical and non-technical audiences
