Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute effective sourcing strategies to identify and attract top-tier talent across various channels, including job boards, social media, networking events, and employee referrals.
- Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle, from initial screening and interviewing to offer negotiation and onboarding.
- Conduct in-depth interviews to assess candidates' technical skills, experience, and cultural fit.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and stakeholders across the organization.
- Effectively communicate recruitment progress, challenges, and recommendations to stakeholders.
- Proactively identify and address any recruitment bottlenecks or challenges.
- Manage and mentor junior recruiters (if applicable).
- Track and analyze key recruitment metrics (e.g., time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, offer acceptance rate) to identify areas for improvement.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of innovative recruitment strategies.
Qualifications:
- Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 5+ years of core experience in talent acquisition, with a strong preference for experience in competitor analytics firms.
- Minimum 2 years of proven experience in recruiting for analytics roles (Data Engineering, Data Science, Business Intelligence, AI/ML).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other relevant HR technologies (e.g., Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), LinkedIn Recruiter).
- Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Experience in fast-paced, high-pressure environments.
- Ability to manage multiple open positions and meet tight deadlines.
- Strong stakeholder management and negotiation skills.
- Experience in mentoring and developing junior team members (preferred).
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with employer branding and social media recruitment.
- Knowledge of data analysis and reporting techniques.
- Experience with diversity and inclusion initiatives in recruitment.
