Key Responsibilities:

- Plan and execute maintenance activities, including sensor installation, breakdown maintenance, preventive maintenance, and condition-based monitoring.

- Provide Condition Monitoring Engineering support to maintain equipment integrity, focusing on safety, reliability, and operational efficiency.

- Monitor and analyze dashboard metrics to assess equipment performance and maintenance activities.

- Conduct customer training sessions on effective condition monitoring technologies and best practices.

- Collaborate with on-site customers to resolve technical issues and ensure smooth operations.

- Troubleshoot and resolve sensor, router, and equipment disconnection issues as required.

- Replace and install sensors, routers, SMPS, and junction boxes at customer sites.

- Conduct equipment mapping to determine optimal locations for sensors, junction boxes, and routers.

- Provide support to nearby plants when needed.

Experience and Requirements:

- Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.

- 5 to 9 years of experience in Condition Monitoring and Reliability Engineering.

- Level 2 or Level 3 Vibration Certification from Mobius or the Vibration Institute is mandatory.

- Proficiency in laser alignment, dynamic balancing, phase analysis, and other condition-based monitoring techniques (thermography, ultrasound, visual inspection).

- Strong communication skills to interact effectively with clients and team members.

- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Adobe Acrobat.

- Willingness to travel across South India for on-site support.
