Job Overview:

The HR and Admin Manager is responsible for overseeing human resources functions and ensuring smooth office administration. This role involves managing recruitment, employee relations, performance management, office operations, and compliance with policies and regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

HR Management:

• Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and staffing.
• Handle employee relations and conflict resolution.
• Manage performance reviews and employee development.
• Administer compensation, benefits, and payroll.
• Ensure legal and regulatory HR compliance.

Administrative Management:

• Supervise daily office operations and facilities.
• Coordinate travel, events, and meetings.
• Manage vendor relationships and office supplies.
• Ensure proper documentation and filing.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelors in HR, Business, or related field (Master’s preferred).
• Experience: 5+ years in HR and administration, with 2+ years in a managerial role.
• Skills: Strong knowledge of HR laws, office management, leadership, and communication.
