Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Design, configure, and customize ServiceNow applications and modules based on business requirements.
- Develop solutions using JavaScript, REST/SOAP integrations, UI Policies, Business Rules, and Workflows. Develop, execute, and maintain ATF test cases to ensure quality assurance for all customizations and configurations.
- Create automated test scripts for ServiceNow platform upgrades and deployments.
- Identify and resolve test failures to improve platform stability and functionality.
Develop and maintain integrations with external systems using ServiceNow IntegrationHub, REST, and SOAP APIs
Mandatory Qualification:
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript and ServiceNow development practices.
- Experience with building custom applications, Service Portal, and Scoped Applications.
- Proficiency in ServiceNow ITSM, ITOM, or any additional ServiceNow modules.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies for development and testing.
- Experience in creating and maintaining CI/CD pipelines for ServiceNow.
- Experience with Telecom domain.
- ServiceNow certifications (e. g. , Certified System Administrator, Certified Application Developer) are a plus.
