Title: Technical Consultant
Education/Experience:
Bachelor s Degree or equivalent work experience. 5+ years of equivalent experience.
Customer facing skills very important - written and verbal communication.
SQL development and database administration experience with relational databases (SQL Server preferred)
ETL processes development including data mapping and XML data interfaces (NOTE: this role is not for hands-on ETL development, but prior experience is needed)
REST web services - experience in designing API client applications/call sequences (NOTE: this role is not for hands-on API development, but prior experience is needed)
System sizing/provisioning, security and administration (SSO, SSL).
Customer facing technical project leadership with system integration and enterprise application architecture/design experience.
Familiarity with enterprise application integration platforms (Biztalk, Informatica) a plus
Healthcare and software development experience very much preferred.
Cloud experience required (AWS preferred)
Familiarity with SSO(Single Sign On) Integration using SAML 2. 0 or OIDC protocols
Responsibilities:
Responsible for contributing to and reviewing SOWs in support of TruCare integration projects involving 3rd party vendors/partners and documenting the solution architecture design.
Lead collaborative cross-functional team (Zyter|TruCare, customer, 3rd party vendors, technical as well as business) in the design and documentation of overall solution architecture that leverages TruCare interface capabilities and enterprise application
integration (EAI) platforms to satisfy defined business objectives in terms of scalability, security, reliability, maintainability.
Develop hardware and software environment sizing specifications based on an understanding of TruCare application infrastructure requirements and information gathered from the customer regarding their usage scenarios.
Install, configure and validate deployment of Windows based and Cloud Containerized distributed enterprise business applications and ensures that customer is trained to take ownership of these activities post implementation.
Work with Zyter|TruCare project manager to develop detail MS project schedule, ensure that schedule is kept up-to-date, and associated activities and tasks are completed in a timely manner to meet prescribed milestones.
Deliver technical integration and interface capabilities presentations to key customer business and technical stakeholders. Explain how technical product capabilities relate to and facilitate desired business functionality.
Work with customers technical team to create detailed technical standards-based (XML, X12, REST Web Services) data interface specifications ensuring that customers technical team can effectively implement the interface to satisfy business objectives.
Perform complex technical data issue analysis and resolution through intimate knowledge of TruCare application data model and use of SQL database queries and log file analysis.
Utilize defined tools/processes to clearly document and escalate any technical issues identified during the implementation. Works with Zyter|TruCare product/engineering team as necessary to ensure that any issues are resolved in a timely manner so that customer expectations are met through acceptable workarounds and/or appropriate product enhancements/fixes.
Work with customer technical and business team to develop comprehensive deployment plans to ensure smooth go-live of TruCare functionality. Deployment plans encompass software installation, configuration, data loads, business/technical validation, known issues and go/no-go decision points.
Across all of the above,
o Identify all technical issues, ensure that they are appropriately prioritized, communicated to all stakeholders, and addressed to customer s satisfaction.
o Proactively drive the customers technical team in completing all deliverables that customer has ownership of
Proactively identify, contribute to the maintenance, and drive adoption of improvements to the TruCare implementation delivery processes and artifacts.
Acts as a mentor to newly hired team members by supporting them through the new hire training/on-boarding program to enable them to begin work on customer engagements in a timely manner.
Requirements:
Bachelor s Degree or equivalent work experience
5+ years in a customer-facing role.
Project Management experience
Overall system integration and solution architecture/design experience at the enterprise level.
Experience working with one of the following enterprise application integration platforms: Mirth Connect, Informatica, Microsoft BizTalk, Tibco, IBI iWay, Talend, (or equivalent).
Experience working with 3rd party partners in driving all aspects of enterprise application integration from scope definition and requirements, solution design, implementation/development, testing, deployment, go-live and post go-live support.
Experience with XML data interfaces and REST web services.
Experience with Microsoft SQL Server
Writing complex SQL statements
Installing and supporting Replication
Ability to discuss, explain and present technical information with technical or non-technical customers.
Experience writing technical documentation including tech specifications.
Excellent communication skills: verbal, written, presentation.
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to lead and facilitate meetings and manage multiple workstream at a time.
Self-motivated and self-directed; able to work effectively with informal structure.
Strong client focus and collaborative work style.
Software development experience a plus.
Healthcare experience preferred.
Remote position with ability to work during EST/PST working hrs.
