Job Description
- Customizing, configuring, and developing the ServiceNow platform to align with business needs.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize business requirements.
- Demonstrating expertise in writing clean, efficient, and maintainable code.
- Conducting code reviews and quality control checks as integral parts of each project to ensure maximum efficiency and productivity.
- Diagnosing and resolving technical issues.
- Designing and executing test cases to ensure software quality.
- Documenting code and application functionality comprehensively.
- Keeping up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in ServiceNow development to drive success.
- Proficiency in technical skills such as JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and familiarity with web technologies, with a willingness to learn and apply new skills in ServiceNow development.
Qualifications:
- A Bachelors Degree in Computer Science, Electronics Engineering, or a related technical field is mandatory.
- Seeking an individual with 3-5 years of experience in ServiceNow development.
- Proficiency in ServiceNow development, including scripting, workflows, and integrations, is essential.
- Familiarity with software development methodologies like Agile or Waterfall is preferred.
- Ability to create software proficiently in various programming languages for diverse IT software applications.
- Experience in debugging and troubleshooting computer programs.
- Mandatory requirement: ServiceNow Application Developer Certification (CAD).
- Preferably certified as a ServiceNow System Administrator (CSA).
- ITIL v3 and/or ITIL v4 Certification(s) are advantageous.
