Sr Staff Applications Engineer

This role is for an MCU applications engineering specialist, to support our global customers using Infineon Automotive MCUs.
In particular, the candidate must strive to become the go-to person for MCU high-speed interfaces, for debugging customer use-cases, for new silicon bring-up as well as for building demonstrators involving high speed interfaces for our Aurix and Traveo MCU families..
Your Profile.
You are best equipped for this task if you have:.
Expertise in microcontroller architecture, firmware, embedded C programming and applications.
10 years of exp in firmware, embedded C programming and applications.
Familiarity with high-speed interfaces and protocols such as Ethernet, memory interfaces and PCI including low-level programming, performance validation and benchmarking activities..
Basic circuits knowhow and a tinkering mindset, to be able to understand automotive sub-systems and help optimise their performance.
Willingness to learn, think out of the box and innovate, use debug tools such as oscilloscopes, debuggers, protocol analysers for optimising end-systems..
