In your new role you will:

Ideally, Youll Also Have:

• Familiarity with popular embedded processors (RISC-V, ARM, MIPS).
• Knowledge of Virtualizer and Platform Architect.
• Experience with GUI development using C++ in Windows environments.
• Experience developing hardware components in FPGA.
• Background in design of microprocessors, microcontrollers, or SOC architecture.
• Experience in analog circuit design.

  • Spearhead Innovation: Lead the development and prototyping of ground-breaking virtual prototyping methodologies and frameworks, with a focus on SystemC-based infrastructures.
  • Set the Technical Direction: Provide expert guidance and mentorship to a team of talented researchers, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
  • Drive Industry Impact: Contribute to the global research community through publications, presentations, and collaborations with leading academics and industry partners.
  • Influence Strategic Decisions: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate your solutions into our product development lifecycle, impacting the future of Infineons technology roadmap.
  • Champion Intellectual Property: Lead the development and protection of valuable intellectual property, securing our competitive advantage.
  What Youll Bring:
  
  
  • Deep Expertise: Ph.D. degree in Electrical/Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Extensive Experience: 10-15 years of experience in system modeling research or virtual prototyping, with a proven track record of leading successful research initiatives.
  • Technical Mastery: Expert-level knowledge of C++/SystemC and TLM-based modeling for virtual platforms. Deep understanding of C++, OOPS, STL, data structures, algorithms, and programming concepts.
  • Leadership Acumen: Demonstrated ability to lead and mentor research teams, fostering collaboration and driving results.
  • Strategic Thinking: Ability to connect research initiatives with business objectives and contribute to the strategic direction of our technology roadmap.
