Accountant

We are looking for a skilled Executive-Accounts to join our team and take responsibility for managing a range of accounting processes. The ideal candidate will be proficient in accounting, tax returns, export and import document filing, and coordination between various departments for internal auditing. Key Responsibilities:

• GST Returns: Prepare and file GSTR1, GSTR3B, and GSTR2A returns.
• Credit/Debit Note Entries: Accurately enter credit and debit note transactions.
• Export/Import Documentation: Handle the documentation related to export and import activities.
• TDS & TCS Returns: Prepare and file TDS and TCS returns.
• Internal Auditing: Coordinate internal auditing procedures between departments.
• General Accounting Procedures: Perform other general accounting tasks as needed.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Educational Qualification:
• Bachelor's in B.Com OR
• Post Graduate in M.Com OR
• MBA in Finance.
• Experience: 5-8 years in a manufacturing industry.
• Proficiency in:
• MS Office, particularly Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables) and Word.
• English (both verbal and written communication).
• Location Preference: Candidates should be based in the areas of Tiruvallur, Ambattur, Avadi, Thiruninravur, Hindu College, Pattabiram, or Poonamallee.
• Immediate Joiners: Candidates available to join immediately will be preferred.
