Industrial Engineer

Roles and Responsibilities

• Conduct Time Studies to analyze production processes and identify areas for improvement.
  
• Perform Line Balancing to optimize workflows and reduce waste.
  
• Develop Layout Plans to improve efficiency and productivity in textile manufacturing settings.
  
• Implement Capacity Calculations to ensure effective resource allocation.
  
• Collaborate with teams to implement changes based on study findings.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 2-4 years of experience as an Industrial Engineer or related field (Textile industry preferred).
  
• Diploma/B.Tech/B.E. degree from a recognized institution.
  
• Strong understanding of industrial engineering principles, including Motion Study, Time Study, Line Balancing, Capacity Calculation, Layout Planning, Work Measurement.
