We are hiring Treasury Application Support candidates who can work in rotational shifts.
Experience: 3 - 8 years
Location: Mumbai
Notice: 0 - 60 days
Shift : Rotational shifts
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Application support related to treasury business unit of the bank.
- Understand users requirements for any changes & work according to the change management process.
- Address user queries in consultation with supervisor.
- Deliver efficient service for highest user satisfaction.
- Ability to communicate effectively
- Willing to work in shifts
- Basic knowledge of treasury functions
- Experience on Intellimatch, Treasury Back Office System
- Experience on market customer facing applications like ET, FXALL and its integration
- Knowledge of Oracle, SQL server Database, MS windows environment, AIX, Linux, ANSI SQL.
- Technical troubleshooting skills
