Relationship Manager - Corporate & Instituitional Banking

Role & responsibilities

1. Source new business opportunities and prospects among existing and NTB clients
2. Manage the existing portfolio of clients and work towards increasing the share of wallet
3. Conduct thorough credit assessments and monitor credit performance of the clients
4. Ensure NIL overdue, minimal exceptions and NIL slippages for the portfolio
5. Work with all product teams to ensure a good client experience and increase cross-sell
6. Work with various ops teams to ensure a smooth transaction flow experience for the client
7. Work with other RMs/ARMs and guide them to improve their skills
