Moglix - Data Analyst - Power BI (2-4 yrs)

Technical Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports from data discovery to creating Insightful and Story based Decks.

- Define Scope of work, objective, business impact.

- Establish KPI Definition, KPI formula and ensure accuracy in data calculations and performance metrics.

- Well versed with DAX and data modelling in Power BI.

- Expertise in Excel for data analysis, including root cause analysis and data reconciliation.

- Proficient in MySQL and BigQuery, understanding complex queries, joins, and data structures.

- Familiarity with AI and automation tools like Power Automate is a plus.

- Quick in querying and retrieving information from system to prepare ad-hoc MIS decks to stakeholders, providing actionable insights and supporting strategic decisions.

Functional Responsibilities :

- Understanding of Financial Analysis. Profit and Loss, Working Capital.

- Ability to understand the working of Finance and Sales team and the flow of information.

- Able to understand the business logic and calculate financial KPIs.

- Able to interact with Business stakeholders to frame requirements and expectations.

- Take ownership of Monthly and Quarterly release of Sales and Financial to internal stakeholders.

- Able to create MIS and reports using Advanced excel on Financial and Sales data.

Qualifications :

- Experience of 2-4 years.

- MBA with a strong foundation in financial data analysis and business processes.

- Proficient in Power BI, DAX, and Microsoft Excel.

- Experience with SQL, particularly MySQL and BigQuery.

- Understanding of database and data warehouse architectures.

- Excellent problem-solving abilities and effective communication skills.
