We are hiring Helix Admin (BMC Remedy) who can join us in short notice.

Experience: 5 - 10 years

Location: Mumbai

Notice: Immediate joiners 

Roles & Responsibilities:

•  Need Skilled resource for ITSM Tool (BMC Remedy) with
• Extensive knowledge of Remedy's ITSM modules, including Service Request Management.
• Configuring and customizing components of ITSM - Incident, Problem, Change, Task, SRM,
  SLM and CMDB
• Customization of remedy forms, Developing workflows, escalations, filters
• Ability to build DWPCAT work flow
• Experience with database queries
• Integration of remedy with different applications
• Customization of remedy ARS and ITSM as per customer needs.
• Preparing BO (Business Objects - Reporting tool) Daily, Weekly, Monthly Reports.
• -Experience in BMC helix ITSM
• BMC remedy certified associate.
