Profile : Service Professionals for Cash Management Services
Location : Chandigarh
Experience: Banking + Cash Management Services
Role & responsibilities
- To be a single point of contact for all the CMS related queries/requirements of the customer.
- To ensure complete ownership of issues/queries, handled expeditiously and taken to closure
- Regular clients meetings to take place
- End - to - End servicing to a set of corporate clients.
- Each client to be contact pro-actively.
- More than 90% of the queries to be resolved in day 0.
