Job Description for Legal Sr Manager/ AVP/ DVP - FRRG

a) Responsible for handling litigation cases of corporate / SME Non Performing Accounts along with recovery team as may be assigned.

b) To work in coordination with related recovery RM to develop and implement account specific recovery/ Litigation strategy for corporate/ SME NPAs

c) Initiation and monitoring of the process of litigation in tune with the strategies developed for each account.

d) To attend the DRT / HC and other important legal matters with our appointed advocate to have firsthand information of the ongoing process and expeditious resolution.

f) To maintain the legal database upto date so as to ease monitoring of cases at CO.

g) To attend EOW/ CBI/ED along with related official/ RM. Filing of Police Complaint for fraud cases and related activities

Educational Qualification

• LLB

Technical Knowledge

• Experience of handling corporate loan accounts.
• Should be conversant with Loan documentation/ Corporate Litigation before DRT/ NCLT/ HC / SC /Criminal Court
• Should be conversant with SARFAESI Law and other aspects of recoveries from various enforcement laws

Work Experience (in yrs)

• Minimum 8 - 10 years of experience in Bank/ Large NBFC
