Lead Associate - Middle Office Ops Managed Services

As a Team Lead for Bank Debt, you will play a crucial role in managing and leading a team of professionals responsible for overseeing the bank debt operations within the organization. Your expertise in bank debt management, leadership skills, and attention to detail will be essential in ensuring the accurate and efficient handling of all bank debt-related activities. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, contribute to process improvement initiatives, and support strategic decision-making to optimize the bank debt management processes.

Mandatory Skills

Bank Debt, Syndicate Loans, Reconciliation, Trade Settlements, Trade Booking

• SME of Bank Loan Operations.

• Complete understanding of TLC and Capital
markets instruments.
• Prior team handling experience will be preferred.
• Manage multiple projects and ability to think
outside the box to come up with innovative
solutions.
• Role model for the team & lead the team in the time
of crisis.
• Ensure daily processes are completed in line
with Standard Operating Procedures and
check list signed off within the deadlines.
• Good understanding of Capital Markets, Syndicate
Loan workflow.
• Reconciliation experience is must.
• Good knowledge for trade life cycle.
