Finance Executive

Role & responsibilities

• Manage all finance and accounts-related activities such as keeping complete records of accounts
• Knowledge of financial reports for P&L, Cash flow, etc., on a regular basis and keep the senior management informed
• Sound Knowledge in AR & AP process
• GST & TDS practical knowledge
• Coordinate with auditors and company secretary to get necessary work done
• Responsible for day-to-day accounting operations and month-end closing
• Monitor accounting KPIs
• Regularly produce financial reports or statements
• Adhere to proper accounting methods, policies, and principles
• Encourage other employees to adhere to standards
• Perform and oversee Stock/Inventory audits

Preferred candidate profile

• Masters Degree in Accounting and Finance, preferably to be a qualified accountant
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience, with Audit Firm experience and retail experience are a big plus
• Knowledge of ROC, MCA Filling
• Independent and good communication skills
• Knowledge in Tally, Excell
