Accounts Executive (Site Accountant)

Roles and Responsibilities

• Preparation Cash & Bank Vouchers and posting in Accounting Package
• Posting of Journal vouchers in Accounting Package
• Checking of Purchase bills with purchase orders and quotations, Subcontractor bills, All Expenditure bills like Transportation, Repairs, Travelling, Food Etc and posting them in Accounting Package.
• Preparation of Monthly Salary Abstract
• Having knowledge of TDS and GST
• Accounting of Vendors bills and payments.
• Maintaining petty cash and accounting cash purchase expenses.
• Daily bank reconciliation.
• Responsible for monthly, Quarterly & yearend accounts closing
• Vendor bills forwarding to the corporate office for the payment process
• Filing all the invoices, bills, vouchers etc.
• MIS preparation
• Very geed in Excel
• Accounts payable & Accounts receivables

Desired Candidate Profile

The candidate must have 1 to 3 yrs of experience in Railway-OHE project site Accounts

Immediate joiners are preferable

Should be from the construction industry
