Job Description:
- The right applicant should possess prior experience of at least 5 (Five) years in Business Development/Sourcing of Businesses through EOIs/ Tenders/RFPs/Proposals in the Government & Development/Not for Profit Sector.
Key Skills:
- Experience working in states like Uttar Pradesh, Uttarakhand, Madhya Pradesh, Rajasthan, Bihar & Jharkhand.
- Proven track record in managing large-scale government projects.
- Familiarity with local languages and cultural nuances.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Good Verbal & Non-verbal communication skills.
- Hands-on experience & good exposure to IT Skills.
- Good understanding of Business Development/Sourcing of Businesses through EOIs/ Tenders/RFPs/Proposals in the Government & Development/Not for Profit Sector.
- Effective time management, with a strong ability to adhere to project deadlines.
- Independent and multi-tasking professional with high commitment and motivation and the ability to work well with the team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Business Opportunity Sourcing.
- Identify and source business opportunities in the Government/Development Sector through:.
- Online channels and tender portals.
- Newspapers and other available sources.
- EOI/Tender/RFP Preparation.
Support the Head Office (HO) team in:.
- Designing and developing responses for Expressions of Interest (EOIs), Tenders, and Requests for Proposals (RFPs).
- Preparing detailed technical and financial proposals.
- Government Liaisoning and Stakeholder Engagement.
- Liaise closely with government officials and stakeholders to:.
- Gain a better understanding of business opportunities.
- Gather insights for preparing effective responses.
- Conduct frequent meetings with various departments and government offices.
- Financial Analysis and Project Costing.
-Analyze project costs, financials, and related calculations before submission of EOIs, Tenders, and Proposals.
- Response Submission and Success Assurance.
- Ensure on-time submission of EOIs, Tenders, and RFPs.
- Strategize to enhance the winning probability of submitted responses.
- Partnerships and Alliances.
- Create partnerships, alliances, consortiums, and joint ventures with like-minded organizations to:.
- Explore better and larger business opportunities in the government sector.
- Strategic Business Planning.
- Participate in Strategic business plans for expansion into new potential business areas.
- Industry associations, seminars, and events to develop market understanding and awareness.
- Networking and Market Development.
Network with industry professionals to:.
- Identify new opportunities.
- Enhance market knowledge and visibility.
- Business Growth and Client Management.
- Manage and grow existing business portfolios.
- Convert new leads and interests into clients and actual orders.
