- Raising Order Login Requests on ROMS portal
- Follow-up activities for all types of Modify/New Work Orders till closure
- Closing all the Shifting cases
- Coordination and follow-ups with all departments involved in managing FLX orders for the customer
- Coordinating with RPMs for FLX Service Assurance issues and Business case preparations
- Coordinating with Service Delivery Teams for prioritizing installations customer issues related with FLX
- Follow-ups for MPLS, SIP, TFN Work Orders Installations till closure
- Activities involved in shifting for the customer location
- Follow-up of and solving customer queries and cases till closure
- Preparing BAU Business cases
- Preparing all types of Reports
