Sr.No JD - RF Performance Engineer 1 Experience in RF Optimization for LTE/VoLTE/ 5G/VoNR 2 Experience in call flow of 5G & LTE/VoLTE. 3 Experience in Layer 3 analysis using Post processing tools i.e. TEMS Discovery, XCAP etc. 4 SCFT/Cluster Optimization, providing recommendations to improve Coverage, Mobility, Traffic Management, DL/UL Throughput etc. 5 Experience with Multi-Layer RF Optimization including 5G/LTE/VoLTE/2G. 6 5G Optimization experience covering NSA/SA, mmWave Optimization. 7 Must have hands on experience of OSS & Performance KPI Monitoring and Optimization. 8 Hands on experience on RF optimization PM tools i.e. Mycom, JCP, USM/LSMR etc. 9 Thorough understanding of 3GPP specifications for LTE/LTE-A/5G features and Protocols. 10 Good understanding of VOLTE/CS network and call flows. 11 Good analytical and logical skills. 12 Must be a good team player having the ability & attitude to resolve the customer issues (external as well as internal).
